गुजरती खांडवी (Gujrati Khandvi )

INGREDIENTS :-

1. Besan - 1Cup
2. Curd - 1Cup
3. Coarinder - For Garnish
4. Refined Oil - 2tspn
5. Curry Leaf - 8 to 10
6. Haldi - 1/2 tspn
7. Mustard Seed - 1/2 tspn
8. White Mole - 1/2 tspn
9. Salt as per taste
                                                                                                   10. Paneer - 10 gm
                                                                                                   11. Water - 2Cup                                   
METHOD :-

1.Take a bowl and pour a cup of besan , a pinch of haldi and salt as per your taste  and mix it   
   properly via a spoon or beater..

2. After proper mixing pour a cup of curd . And a cup of water in it and mix again properly tll lumbs
    become disappear.

3. After lumbs become disappear pour once more cup of water in it. And stir it again till batter
    become completely fluffy.

4. The ratio of making Khandvi's batter is 1cup besan : 1cup curd : 2cup water (1:1:2) .

5.  Now put a pan on your stove/inducton . And pour all your batter in it.

6. Now cook the batter at very low flame in stove and very low temp. at induction till the paste
    become thick.

7. If your batter become leave pan then put off your pan from stove/Induction and quickly spread
    batter thinly on a plate or a tray.



8. Because batter become dry very rapidly.

9. After cool down the plate cut khandvi in your faviourate shape and garnish as you want and serve
    it.
