Nan -Khatai


Nan- Khatai


INGREDIENTS:-

1. Sugar Powder- 1/2 cup
2. Besan -1/2 cup
3. Suji - 2Tspn
4. Ghee -1/2 cup
5. Pista - 8-10

METHOD:-

1. Pour a cup of ghee and sugar powder in a bowl and beat properly upto 5-7 min. Now put this              mixture on rest and take a another large bowl.

2. Now pour maida , suji and besan in bowl and mix gently. After properly mixing Pour your rested        mixture in it and again beat. If your batter is become dry then you can also add some amount of          milk and custard also in your batter.

3. Your batter is now become as a chapati dow it is ready to make nan- khatai.

4.Now make small balls of your  dow and also can give shape as you want .

5. Set your oven for pre heat at 180 *C for  10 min.

6. Greese your oven tray and put your all balls on it .

7.Garnish your balls with pista .

8. Now set your tray in oven at convection mode for 20 min and check time to time.

9. Now get off your tray from oven and serve as you want.
