पिज़्ज़ा बनाने का आसान तरीका (Home made pizza in a east way)

INGREDIENTS :- 
1. Pizza base - 1
2. Pizza Sauce - 1 Cup
3. Corn - 1/2 Cup
4. Chopped vegetables as you like 
5. Panner - 250gm
6. Butter - 1 Tspn
7. Chilli flakes , Origano and Black pepper
8. Amul Cheeze - 200 gm
9. Modrella Cheeze - 200 gm


METHOD :- 

1.  Take a pizza base and spread the butter on it with the help of a spoon or brush.

2. Now spread the pizza sauce with the help of a spoon or brush .

3. Spread two spoonful amu l cheese on it. And spread your favorite vegetables that you want to eat.

4. Now spread the corn and cheese cube on it.

5. And now put Moderilla cheese according to your taste.

6.Now put your pizza in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, which is heated to 180 degrees Celsius
   for 15 minutes.

7. Check your pizza before it get overheat.

8. After Proper bake and melt over cheeze put off your pizza from oven and serve it with origano and 
    chilli flakes .

9. Your hot and spicy pizza is ready to eat now serve it to your child.

गुजरती खांडवी (Gujrati Khandvi )

INGREDIENTS :-

1. Besan - 1Cup
2. Curd - 1Cup
3. Coarinder - For Garnish
4. Refined Oil - 2tspn
5. Curry Leaf - 8 to 10
6. Haldi - 1/2 tspn
7. Mustard Seed - 1/2 tspn
8. White Mole - 1/2 tspn
9. Salt as per taste
                                                                                                   10. Paneer - 10 gm
                                                                                                   11. Water - 2Cup                                   
METHOD :-

1.Take a bowl and pour a cup of besan , a pinch of haldi and salt as per your taste  and mix it   
   properly via a spoon or beater..

2. After proper mixing pour a cup of curd . And a cup of water in it and mix again properly tll lumbs
    become disappear.

3. After lumbs become disappear pour once more cup of water in it. And stir it again till batter
    become completely fluffy.

4. The ratio of making Khandvi's batter is 1cup besan : 1cup curd : 2cup water (1:1:2) .

5.  Now put a pan on your stove/inducton . And pour all your batter in it.

6. Now cook the batter at very low flame in stove and very low temp. at induction till the paste
    become thick.

7. If your batter become leave pan then put off your pan from stove/Induction and quickly spread
    batter thinly on a plate or a tray.



8. Because batter become dry very rapidly.

9. After cool down the plate cut khandvi in your faviourate shape and garnish as you want and serve
    it.

Paan Shake Recipe

INGREDIENTS:-

1. Ice Cream - 1Cup
2. Ice Cubes - 1Cup
3. Gulkand - 2tspn
4. Elaychi Powder - 1Pinch
5. Meethi Spari - 8 to 10
6. Meethi Sauf - 1/2tspn
7. Paan leaf - 5
8. Paan Syrup - 1/2tspn

METHOD :- 

1. First of all take a jar and pour all beetel leaf's pieces in it.

2. Now pour gulkad , meethi sauf , meethi supari , Elaychi powder , some ice cubes and some ice
    cream as your taste in it.

3. And grind it 2-3 mins very well.

4. Your paan shake is ready to serve.

5. Serve your cool shake as you want .

MAGGI BALLS

                         
                         MAGGI BALLS


INGREDIENTS-


1. Maggi -1Cup
2. Corn Flour -2 tspn
3. Cabbage -2 tspn
4. Capsicum -2 tspn
5. Green Chilli -1
6. Maggi Masala -1Tspn
7. Black pepper as per taste
8. Salt as per taste


METHOD:-

1. First of all take maggi in a container and pour corn flour, green chilli, Capsicum, Cabbage, Salt as 
     per taste, Black pepper, Maggi masala in it and mix it by hand properly .

2. After mixing your mixture become looks like a semi-paste.


3. Now make small balls of that paste. And till then put your oil for heat up on induction or on stove.


4. After heatup your oil pour a small ball in it for a test wheather it is completly heat or not as  
    required.


5. If oil become ready then pour all your balls in it till it become golden brown.


6. Just remember pour only 5-6 balls  at a time not more than 5-6 .


7. After golden brown takeoff all your balls on kitchen towel by which extra oil become absorb by 

    cloth and unwanted fat become remove from them.

8. Now plate your maggi balls as your wish presentation and enjoy them.

Nan -Khatai


Nan- Khatai


INGREDIENTS:-

1. Sugar Powder- 1/2 cup
2. Besan -1/2 cup
3. Suji - 2Tspn
4. Ghee -1/2 cup
5. Pista - 8-10

METHOD:-

1. Pour a cup of ghee and sugar powder in a bowl and beat properly upto 5-7 min. Now put this              mixture on rest and take a another large bowl.

2. Now pour maida , suji and besan in bowl and mix gently. After properly mixing Pour your rested        mixture in it and again beat. If your batter is become dry then you can also add some amount of          milk and custard also in your batter.

3. Your batter is now become as a chapati dow it is ready to make nan- khatai.

4.Now make small balls of your  dow and also can give shape as you want .

5. Set your oven for pre heat at 180 *C for  10 min.

6. Greese your oven tray and put your all balls on it .

7.Garnish your balls with pista .

8. Now set your tray in oven at convection mode for 20 min and check time to time.

9. Now get off your tray from oven and serve as you want.

Instant gujrati Khaman Dhokla recipe


INGREDIENTS:-

1. Besan -1cup(100gm)
2. Citric Acid -1tspn
3. Salt - As per taste
4. Sugar - 4Tspn
5. Mustard seed -1 Tspn
6. Vegetable oil -3Tspn
7. Green Chilli -(3-4)
8. Coarinder for garnish
9. ENO -1Tspn
10. Water- As Sufficient


METHOD:-

1. Take Besan in a container and pour salt in it and also  pour  citric acid but in half quantity.

2. Now add 2Tspn sugar in that batter .

3. Mixed it properly in dry form .

4. Now pour water slowly slowly and keep mixing continuosly  till it's become dilute more and also look there should not be any lumps in the mixture .

5. Add a tspn of vegetable oil and mixed proper .And put batter for rest .

6. Put your steamer on stove and pour one glass of water and pt for heat till steam come and till steam coming greese your plates for baking.

7. Now batter is ready pour 1tspn of ENO and mixed properly your paste become double in quantity.

8. Now Pour your batter quickly On greesed plates . And  then set plates in steamer for 10 minutes.

9. Still our dhokla is steamed let's make our sweet and our water for dhokla .

10. Put your karhai on stove and pour 1 tspn vegetable oill and wait till heat .\

11. Now put mustard seed and green chilli in oil and get mix and pour 1 cup water and pour citric acid , sugar and wait till 2-3 boil .

12. Our water is ready and put it for cooling .

13. Now check dhokla if ready then pop out your dhokla and stay for cooling .

14. After coolng cut your dokla in square or rectangular.

15. Your dhokla is become ready for eat.

Maggi Utppam Pizza



INGREDIENTS:-
1. Maggi- 1cup
2. Utppam mixture - 1cup
3. Maggi masala- 1/2 tspn
4. Cooking oil- 1tspn
5. Pizza sauce- 1tspn
6. Amul cheeze- 1/2cup
7. Modrilla cheeze- 1/2Tspn
8. Chilli flakes- 1/2tspn
9. Origano- 1/2tspn


METHOD:-

1. Put your pan on your induction and keep the temp. at 400*C .

2. Pour a one tspn of cooking oil on induction for just few seconds.

3. Now pour a cup of rice and pulse paste on that and spread it like a utppam pizza base  .

4. Put it on rest and look it after 5-7 min. when it completely dry then spread amul cheeze and pizza 
    sauce turn by turn .

5. Then spread maggi as required on the base .


6. Now spread modrilla cheeze on it and cover it with a transparent grid and wait till cheeze become 
    melt on the base completly,.

7. After comletly melt of cheeze on the base then put out your pizza from the pan and placed it on a        dried plate.


8. Now pour maggi masala on melted cheeze quickly.

9. Then pour Chilli flakes and origano as your taste.

10. Your Maggi utppam  pizza is ready for eat.

Cold coffee recipe by kbpa cooking zone

Cold coffee at home||restaurant style|| latest......

INGREDIENTS:-
1. Coffee
2. Hershey's syrup
3. Sugar
4. Choclate'
5. Milk

Method:-
step 1:- Pour milk and coffee in a mixer and mix well with the help of mixer.
step 2:- Now add some ice in that mixture and again churn that with the mixer .
step 3:- Now your cold coffee is prepare for drink let's serve it
step 4:- To serve your coffee cold two glass for a few minutes in freezer and then put off froem freezer.
step 5:- Now decorate with your cold coffee as you want.
And finally seive some particles of choclate on your cold coffee and serve your cold coffe to children and olders as well as ...
